**The Role**:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for answering Inbound calls from customers, answering a variety of questions regarding their account and coming to the best solution for the customer.

You will have to be empathetic over the phone and make sure to understand everyone's circumstances and end the call with a positive outcome for the customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Speaking with customers over the phone via inbound calling
- Empathising and engaging with customers, getting them to tell their story and explain their situation
- To deliver a professional and consistent level of customer service
- Provide telephone-based support and guidance to customers
- Keeping internal systems up to date

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Ability to empathise and actively listen to customers
- Previous experience in customer sevice roles
- Ability to communicate with customers clearly and confidently over the phone
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
