We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim’s Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim’s UK & Pilgrim’s Food Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.

As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.

The Shared Services company includes a dedicated Continuous Improvement function, whose core responsibility is to drive positive business transformation across the business. Reporting to the
**Master Data Team Lead**, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for a
**Master Data Administrator.**

**The Role**

The Master Data Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day life cycle of SAP Master Data (customer, Vendor, Pricing, Materials, BOM’s, Costing). Validate and accurately create Master Data within a SOX controlled environment, ensuring compliance with SOX, Delegation of Authority and Approval Workflows.

**Responsibilities**
- Creation of Customers and Vendors. Including outputs
- Maintenance of Customer and Vendor data via amendment requests and perpetual house keeping
- Creation & management of sales pricing conditions
- Bill of Material, Master Recipe and Costing Roll Up creation and management.
- Submit\manage requests for material creation to global Master Data Team.
- Comply with Master Data life cycle Create/Change/Delete processes and develop strategies working with key stakeholders to improve efficiency.
- Work directly with internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit & SOX requirements.
- Perform Secondary input checks as per SOX controls.
- Adhere to PSS processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all SOX compliance requirements
- Comply with Audit requirements for master data controls and access
- Maintain data quality standards

**What You'll Need**
- Experience managing SAP Master Data
- Process orientation and customer service focus
- Proactive in dealing with issues.
- Able to focus and work in a systematic way
- Good engagement skills across functionality
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines, prioritise work and be accurate.
