Quality Assurance Auditor

We are recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist for our client in **Caistor**. As a key member of the quality control team, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in the production process. Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred, but full training will be provided.
- **Location**: Caistor, Lincolnshire
- **Rate of Pay**: £13.64 - £20.46 per hour
- **Working Times**: 06.30am - 3.30pm or 09.00am-06.00pm, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday - will be confirmed before starting

**Own transport is required due to location - Caistor, Lincolnshire.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality checks on products, materials, and processes (gas flush, labels, metal detector) to ensure they meet established standards and client specifications.
- Fill in relevant documents and records.
- Comply with the Food Safety Management Systems.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
- Assist the QA Process Leader in conducting traceability assessments as required.
- Collaborate with other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good understanding of quality control principles and requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough inspections and audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality management systems (ISO, FDA, etc.) is a plus.
