We are looking for people who share our trust values in delivering high quality care and treatment, who enjoy working as part of a proactive Multi-Disciplinary team and want to make a difference in improving peoples lives every day.

We can offer entry into our apprenticeship programme which offers you the chance to build a career in one of the UKs most progressive trusts, and could even lead to helping you gain a recognised nursing qualification in the future.

Our inpatient services operates on a 24/7 shift basis. You will qualify for unsocial enhancements in addition to basic pay for any unsociable shifts.

The role will require you to hold a Care Certificate but its not essential that you already hold this, as we can support you to achieve this whilst learning in the role.

Our secure services are focused on providing support for people who have experience with the legal system because of their mental health needs. We aim to provide a safe & secure environment that enables them to receive a wide range of treatments, therapies & care options to assist in their recovery.

Due to the nature of the role, all staff are required to attend & pass a physical restraint assessment as you may be involved in restraint incidents
