Industria Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an Administrator for maternity Cover

This role will be based working at their site in Lutterworth with an immediate start

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Answering phones and taking messages
- Data entry
- To ensure that the filefolders received and receipted under the correct accounts
- Processing orders
- Liaising with the warehouse team and drivers
- Collating and sending jobs to pickers and drivers
- Compiling reports for management and clients

Working hours Monday - Friday between 8am-5pm

Hourly rate: 10.51
- Good PC literacy - particularly with Microsoft Office including word, Excel outlook & PowerPoint
- Experience in an office based admin/customer service environment (Minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual

No qualifications required for this role & further on the job training will be provided

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £10.51 per hour

**Benefits**:
