Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a payroll administrator to join our team. This is a new position and we anticipate the work taking 16 hours a month (worked towards the end of the month).
- Process payroll and pension contributions for employees accurately and on time
- Collect, calculate, and enter data for payroll processing
- Review and verify payroll information for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies as and when they arise
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using Xero payroll systems
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures related to payroll
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex payroll data
The role can be based in Thatcham or Basingstoke.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
