**Sales Planning Coordinator (Immediate start)**

**The role is office-based Monday - Friday and every other weekend.**

**Salary package - 23.500 - 26.000 per annum (salary based on experience), 28 days annual leave, Company pension.**

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 9 hour shift with 1 hour Lunch Break each day
Every other Weekend: 6 hours
Average: 43 hours a week

**What You’ll be Doing**:
This role will be office based in our main office based in Wolverhampton. You will be the first point of contact to customers and not only will you be setting first impressions of the Company, you will also be prequalifying customers and booking sales appointments to representatives across the UK.

High pressure environment with high volume calls.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in planning and arranging appointments geographically with good customer service/telephone skills.

**The Requirements**

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
- Basic Computer skills/Use of CRM Systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Appointment Planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
