**Short overview/duties of role**:
You will be calling existing and new customers offering breakdown and other products/services to customers as well as managing customer databases and direct debit payments.

You will also be required to coordinate bookings for field-based staff, liaise with engineers and customers.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9-hour shift which will be between 8am and 8pm (eg 8am-5pm or 11am - 8pm) with a 1-hour lunch.

Every other Saturday between 9 and 3.

Average 43 hours a week.

**Person specifications/requirements**:

- Must have good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Customer facing skills/Telesales
- Booking appointments geographically for Field based staff

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
