Finance supervisor
Location - Macclesfield
Salary - £27-32k depending on experience
Simpson Judge is currently working with a well established environmental services company. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a nationally recognised company that provides hybrid working and benefit schemes.
Responsibilities include:

- Resolve complex billing, credit, invoicing and customer issues and disputes
- Bi-monthly 1-2-1's, annual appraisals, annual leave requests, rostering, disciplinary meetings
- Automating or improving processes where possible
- Act as the main point of escalation for any complaints and disputes, while training the team on the approach
Experience/Skills required:

- experience in managing a team
- A broad understanding of credit control, invoicing, financial systems, and general administration
- Ability to liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines both internally and externally
