**Part-time Sales Person/Administrator**

Solihull Flooring are an independent flooring retailer based in Hockley Heath near Solihull. We require a part-time, hard-working sales person/administrator to join our friendly team working Wednesday to Saturday every week.

The role will involve face to face sales with customers, therefore confidence is a key requirement. You must also have very good IT skills as the role involves a lot of computer work. It is essential that you are able to remain calm under pressure as we have a busy working environment.

**Hours**: 9.00 - 5.00 Wednesday - Friday (½ hour lunch)

9.00 - 4.30 Saturday (½ hour lunch)

Flexibility is a must as you may be required to work additional days to cover holidays etc.

**Total 29.5 hours**

**Main Duties**:

- Dealing with customers in the showroom and on the telephone.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and fitters and handling queries.
- Maintain the diary and our E-Gizmo CRM system.
- Processing quotations, sales and purchase orders, invoices and job sheets.
- Managing fitters work schedules and ensuring work obligations are met.
- Arranging and taking deliveries in the warehouse
- Warehouse management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Sales Environment.
- Must be confident with customers, quick to learn and able to multi-task.
- Must have CRM experience and be proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be organized and precise, attention to detail is essential.
- Must be hard working and a team player.
