Finance Administrator

RM Recruit are working in partnership with a fantastic business based in Solihull who are on the lookout for a part-time Finance Administrator working 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Our client is seeking to appoint on a hybrid, permanent basis.
Main duties include:
- Raising of sales invoices to customer portals
- Credit control
- Aged Creditors
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting the finance team in ad hoc duties
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
- Drafting new account set up forms
- Updating the ledger
- Payment schedule for suppliers
- Providing holiday cover for posting daily cash receipts
