The Stickman Consultancy is a happy, fresh and ambitious company that is on a mission to make marketing simple but powerful for schools all over the world. As part of this, we are looking to recruit a highly-organised, driven, passionate and ‘can do’ School Marketing Consultant that will deliver unrivalled customer service to our clients across Stickman’s three divisions (training, consultancy and research) to schools in the UK and beyond.

**Key responsibilities**
- **Client liaison** - to liaise confidently and independently with our clients, advising them on appropriate marketing/admissions strategies (mainly virtual support, plus on-site visits where appropriate)
- **Superior organisation**:

- to deliver client projects ‘military style’ end to end across Stickman’s 3 divisions - training, consultancy and research - mapping out what needs to happen and when, not leaving any stones unturned and being obsessed by ensuring this happens
- **Research execution and analysis**:

- **Dynamic presentations** - to deliver confident, dynamic, creative, energy-filled presentations to clients in a way that inspires them
- **Creative thinking**:

- to think innovatively when approaching client projects, drawing upon inspiration from wider big brand examples from the broader marketing world where appropriate and proactively suggesting ways to further create an exceptional client experience
- **Process adherence and refinement**:

- **‘Hawk eye’ attention to detail**:

- not leaving any stone unturned, proofreading client work to ensure it’s 100% ‘client ready’
- **Building friendships with clients**:

- to go above and beyond in thinking around our clients’ needs, to nurture them with ‘feel good’ initiatives during and outside of project delivery periods and to build robust relationships
- **Support the sales & marketing team**:

- providing ‘proof points’ (testimonials, case studies), driving client growth, occasional speaking slots at industry events and so on

**Qualifications and experience**
- Min. 5-10 years marketing consultancy and project management experience, ideally within a mix of commercial and education environments. Knowledge of the independent school sector would be a bonus
- Will have a recognised qualification in marketing, PR, digital or affiliated discipline

**The package**

£43.5k FTE, full time (Mon-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm), term-time, plus 10-15 days to be worked during the school holidays.

The role is home-based but with monthly visits to Stickman Towers in Cheshire, UK (postcode WA15 9LP) and so should, ideally, be within 2 hours of this location.

**Timings**

We have a number of projects May/June 2024 onwards where support is needed.
