**Who are we looking for?**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- With senior-level support, be responsible for the high-quality management of multidisciplinary projects across a wide range of therapeutic or business areas, inclusive of defining and managing stakeholder relationships, communications and expectations, timeline, budget, scope, and administrative activities.
- Provide support to project leads in account management, acting as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders involved in a project.
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee project plans with multiple component parts across different teams and external stakeholders, with all tasks, subtasks, timelines, and assigned roles and responsibilities identified, communicated and actioned accordingly.
- Identify, summarise and respond appropriately to pertinent points within complex discussions and communications (which are technical in nature), identifying and escalating risks that could impact the project's success in efficiently delivering high-quality deliverables on time and within the scope and budget.
- In collaboration with technical researchers and senior colleagues, support the development and review of HTA-related project deliverables and strategic insight research (such as meeting materials, advisory boards, evidence dossiers, objection handlers, landscape analyses, options appraisals, pre and post-submission strategy and support).
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels while effectively delegating tasks to colleagues and supervising the day-to-day activities of less experienced colleagues.
- In collaboration with senior colleagues, contribute to the design and implementation of new processes and procedures to enable the efficient delivery of high-quality project deliverables and services.
- Provide support and project management on business development activities, including developing proposals for new projects, capability presentations, network development and contact outreach.
- Undertake activities related to quality assurance (i.e. using quality assurance checklists, proofing and sense checking).
- Proactively undertake continuous professional development and learning activities, including assisting and mentoring less experienced team members.
- The above is a partial list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the organisation's overall business objectives._

**Essential requirements and qualifications**:

- An undergraduate degree or extensive experience working within an academic or research-orientated environment.
- Professional experience in a role (or roles) requiring project management, working with a range of stakeholders (including academic experts, external suppliers and clients), and involvement in UK/EU HTA submissions and market access or HEOR projects, ideally in a consultancy setting.
- A good working knowledge of health technology assessment processes and requirements; inclusive of understanding the essential components and terminology associated with evidence synthesis, data analysis, systematic review, health economic modelling and evaluation, and evidence dossier formation.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team-oriented environment, and with the support of more experienced managers, be able to project manage a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects of varying complexity.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to maintain high-quality project management given competing and changing demands.
- Ability to mediate, negotiate, think strategically and problem-solve effectively, with the ability to address project uncertainty and meet its objectives.
- Competency in undertaking needs and risk assessments, and with senior level support, be able to formulate, evaluate and implement various contingency plans to manage ambiguity in project requirements and changes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with wide-ranging audiences
