The role is part of the central Procurement team and will work closely with the Framework team to drive value through the procurement process. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, good commercial acumen, the ability to develop relationships at all levels.

**Duties Include**:
The core responsibility is to deliver the pipeline of PCR compliant Framework Agreements.

This will include:

- Project lead on delivery of compliant Framework procurement events including tender design and management, tender package creation, evaluation, award proposal and handover to Framework team in agreed timescales
- Manage key stakeholders and project delivery team
- Balance compliance and commercial requirements
- Support on Framework evaluations led by other members of the Framework team
- Provide Procurement guidance and advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the procurement team to deliver key objectives

**Skills / Experience / Behaviours Required**
- Experience delivering PCR compliant procurement events to deliver Frameworks Agreements
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management
- Excellent time-management
- Good understanding of risk-management
- Proactive personality with a positive approach to problem solving
- Commercial acumen
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good understanding of PCR2015
- CIPS Level 4 qualified
- Background in construction is favourable, but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft package
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable with delivering presentations
- Confident, assertive, able to work independently and make decisions without the requirement for continuous supervision
- A creative thinker, enterprising and entrepreneurial and can demonstrate originality
- Ambitious and keen to learn.
