**Key Responsibilities**
- To identify and resolve client account ledger balances in accordance with the SRA Accounts rules.
- To ensure completed case files are closed correctly in line with Group procedures.
- Identify, submit and process write off requests when required.
- Identify, calculate and return genuine overpayments to third parties.
- Cash collection of funds post settlement from Third Party Insurers.
- Follow the Department procedures and processes along with Company policies at all time.
- Assist other team members in achieving their Key Responsibilities; and report issues, problems and compliance breaches in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
- To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group.
- Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.
