**Day to Day Role**
**Ordering Processing**:Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using supply chain software. Coordinate the stores team to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. Monitor and track order status, keeping customers informed about delivery timelines
**Product Knowledge**:Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of parts. Stay informed about new products, updates and industry trends. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding product compatibility and installation
**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, impress stock and stock levels. Generating reports on sales activities, customer feedback and parts turnover. Assisting in updating and organising product catalogue and pricing information.
**Development Role**
Once you have acquired knowledge on the products, others duties will include: expanding product offerings. Develop inventory management. Enhance online presence. Improve customer service - Broadcast WhatsApp messaging. Community Engagement - events presence.
