We are looking for Handover Specialists to join our busy Sales team.

**Role Description**:
You will be the last point of contact with our customers as they collect their new vehicles. This role will require you to have knowledge of the automotive industry as you will be called upon to ensure that the customer is familiar with their new vehicle, prior to driving it away.

**Person Specification**:
Ability to facilitate the selling of vehicles and to maximise profitability through the sale of finance packages and insurance products to customers.

Control and monitor customer database, ensuring that all information is being entered, updated and used correctly.

Provide support and guidance with regards to the sales process to Sales Executives.

Full, clean UK driving licence

Ability to work under pressure, at a fast pace

Able to prioritise tasks and respond to ad-hoc requirements

Enthusiastic and friendly, with the ability to adjust to different customers

Be confident when communicating, both in person and over the phone

Excellent organisational skills

Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am - 6pm, alternative Sundays 9am - 5pm)

**Salary**: £50,000.00 OTE per year

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
