As Claims Process Leader you will have the drive and expertise to identify process improvements which will impact new Claims strategies.

You will have the ability to then lead the necessary changes to implement these across all three Businesses.

This leading Insurance Broker is growing successfully and the new Claims strategy is an integral part of their business development.

This new role will give you the opportunity to make a real difference and drive this change and continuous improvement.

Reporting to a Director you will be able to impact all aspects of their current Claims Operations, their future Claims strategies and to integrate and implement the new processes you have helped to design.

Your Claims background and experience will enable you to know Best Practice but also to identify necessary improvements and the appropriate solutions.

You will have a team of Claims Handlers supporting you, so experience of leading a team and people management will be advantageous, although not essential.
