**Job description: Full-Time Permanent, Mon - Fri**
We are looking for experienced and highly skilled "General Handyman" to join our team and help maintain the properties we service
Croftstons is a property maintenance contractor based in London. We conduct responsive repairs & maintenance works for social housing providers, both internal and external to the property.
To be able to repair or replace;
- General carpentry, general plumbing, plastering, tiling, vinyl flooring, brickworks repairs, painting & decorating, general locksmith, upvc windows and other repairs
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete job reports providing excellent detail
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent job time-management skills
- A good communicator
**Requirements**:
- At least 7 years minimum of maintenance experience
- EU /UK Driving License _(Maximum 6pts)_
- Provide a DBS _(Criminal record check)_
- Must have own tools & basic power tools
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to use mobile technology
- Willing to travel
