**About Our Client**:

Duties and tasks of the Procurement Executive:

- Supporting with a wide range of contracts for goods and services
- Provide advice on appraisals, tendering and development of evaluation and criteria
- Manage various procurement projects
- Assist with maintenance of records of savings achieved and making an introducing for more efficient and economic procurement arrangements
- Analyse and produce records for all value for money on purchased goods
- Look at new tendering services, set up and arrange new contracts
- Review, develop and improvement of systems, processes, and services
- Train non-procurement staff on procurement related matters
- Research and analyse to identify new suppliers, goods and services

**The Successful Applicant**:
Experience required as the Procurement Executive:

- CIPS qualification would be highly desirable
- Previous and demonstrable experience in procurement
- Experience in financial accounting software packages
- Demonstrable experience in guiding budget holders
- Understanding of project management and tender management process
