**YARD PERSON / SITE COORDINATOR**

WP Commercials Limited is an independently owned, customer driven provider of commercial vehicles and plant for long term hire based in Offham, Kent

**Duties to include**:

- Keeping yards and workshops tidy
- General maintenance around yard, offices, and workshops
- Assisting with yard checks - e.g., Containers, trench sheets etc.
- Control movement of vehicles on site
- Vehicle appraisals - ensuring correct information noted at on & off hire.
- Occasional collection/delivery of hire vehicles to bookings at outside locations.
- Signing in parts deliveries
- Clean vehicles for re-hire
- Other Ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:
A mandatory requirement of this position is a full clean UK driving Licence with the ability to drive vehicles up to 7.5 ton. (Class two would be useful)

Applicants must have the ability to inspect off hired vehicles for damage & download information.

A Forklift Licence would be useful to assist in the movement of plant on site but training can be given to the correct applicant.

**Details**:

- Preferred hours Monday to Friday 6am-4pm
- 21 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
