European Marcoms Co-ordinator

About the opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and driven Marcoms Co-ordinator to support the Marcomms Managers, Trade & Segment Marketing team and Product Marketing team within the Professional Displays & Solutions Business Unit (PDS) with the delivery of European channel and B2B end user campaign activities.
The role requires a large amount of interaction with multiple stakeholders across the business unit and aligned marketing functions meaning the ideal person would be a self-starter with a high degree of communication skills, flexibility, initiative and independency.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate content production including online articles, whitepapers, newsletters, videos, brochures, and social posts, in-line with agreed content strategies.
- Work with Marcoms Managers and Digital Marketing team to implement, monitor and continually optimise paid media activities.
- Manage the PDS YouTube & LinkedIn social media channels to ensure they are on brand and in line with our marketing campaigns. Working closely with key stakeholders to generate ideas for content and create all posts. Analyse results to continually optimise and improve performance.
- Plan and implement the monthly channel partner communications including, monthly newsletters, content for social media and support materials to enable partners to successfully sell our products.
- Oversee the Channel partner portal to ensure the site is up to date with all the latest materials, generating new ideas for content and working with digital team to continue to optimise the site and ensure a good user experience.
- Manage translations of assets and support approvers to ensure translations are continuously reviewed and improved.
- Liaise with the Digital, CRM, Social, PR and Events teams to ensure all activities are integrated and delivered on time and as planned.
- Support the Marcoms manager in delivering regular evaluation and progress reports on all activity.
- Support Trade & Segment Marketing with the creation of local materials for channel or events.
You will have:
- A Higher Education Degree and relevant working experience from a similar position or within a B2B Marketing Communication environment
- A self-starting personality, enjoying working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of copywriting of simple communications such as newsletters, social posts etc
- A proven track record of helping to grow and engage communities across social media
- Experience of using Sprout social (or similar platform)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluency in English, verbally and in writing, and ideally proficiency in a 2nd European language
- Experience with assets creation and co-ordination as well as with agency briefings and management
- Passion for cross-functional and cross-cultural working
