**Duties**:

- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
