**Sales Coordinator** **Hybrid Working Role
Daventry**
**£18.84 per hour**
**Long term Temporary contract**
**Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm**
Our Daventry client, a global leader in capital goods are looking for a Sales Coordinator In this role you will be responsible for responding to customer needs from processing the order, to delivery, and invoicing to the dealer.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Actioning back orders
- Follow-up of back orders
- Advising parts availability and prices
- Actioning out-going calls
- Completing back order reports
- Investigating claims and return requests
- Submitting pricing requests
- Placing orders

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages with focus on Excel
- Knowledge of Agricultural background is beneficial but not essential
- Management of priorities
- 'Team Player': Show resolve to change the culture of the company by working collectively with peers and others to resolve issues and communicate solutions to help promote the brand image
- Self-starter, demonstrates initiative, proactivity and commitment to increase dealer satisfaction
- Stress resistance with the ability to work under pressure
