Play a key role in the development and delivery of International Education's enterprise-wide quality management system, ensuring its effective use across the product group, shared services, and third-party providers.

**About the role**

As the Head of Quality, you will play an instrumental role in providing information and assurance to senior leaders about adherence to quality management requirements and continuous improvement of our systems. You will also raise awareness and understanding of quality management across all colleagues in International Education.

**Key accountabilities include to**:

- Plan and deliver an annual risk-based programme, agreed with International Education Board members, of robust internal quality audits which provides comprehensive information on assurance across processes and functions within the quality management system.
- With the Director of Quality, Performance and Risk, develop and maintain an integrated framework of quality management system requirements to incorporate the ISO 9001 standard, alignment with agreed UK and other regulatory requirements, and appropriate elements from other standards (e.g., ISO 27000), against which compliance can be assessed and reported.
- Own and deliver the process for internal quality assurance auditing against the integrated framework of quality management system requirements.
- Lead the communication of, and training for, quality management system requirements, expectations and best practice to ensure there is wide awareness and understanding of requirements and responsibilities across all process owners within the International Education product group.
- Provide expert input and advice on quality management to support director-level awareness and decision-making at International Education's Quality Improvement Board, linking performance against key indicators with audit findings.

**About you**

As a qualified internal auditor for quality management systems, you will have in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and enterprise-wide quality management. You will also have general knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our organisation, including equality, data protection, safeguarding and whistleblowing.

You will be an excellent collaborator with experience in audit, investigation, analysis and judgment. You will also have a proven record in effective implementation of quality management system development and delivery of quality management audit programmes which support organisational objectives.
