The role of a Security Agent can be challenging, especially when working in Aviation.

This role is working within an aviation environment, you will be responsible for carrying out searches, or both aircraft and passengers. Checking documents, ID documents, vehicles, cargo and employees, as well as passenger profiling.

You will control entry and exit gates and doors preventing unautorised access, issuing ID cards, managin lost property.

This varied role also includes escorting VIPS and high value cargo and working with external stakeholders to ensure the safety of everyone and everything within your area.

**Essential Skills**:
To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both verbally and in written language.

Our team need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.

You will need to be flexible in relation to the hours that you work as it will involve working either early mornings or late evenings. you will also be required to consent to a standrd DBS check and to complete a course with us on counter terrorism before employment.

You** do not** require an SIA licence for this role, but will need to fulfil the requirements of Aviation Background Screening

**Desired Skills**:
Previous aviation security experience would be good, but we can provide the right person with full training.
