FM Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Woodford, Essex

**Salary**: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and log incoming service requests and work orders from clients and tenants.
- Assign work orders to appropriate technicians based on skill set, location, and urgency.
- Communicate with clients and tenants to provide updates on the status of their requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service requests, work orders, and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices and billing documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the FM department as needed, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in facility management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
