**mustardFX are helping a new independent game studio based in South East of England find their new Lighting Artist with a cinematic eye to deliver and collaborate on all lighting setups for cinematic and gameplay while working on original IP and pre-production of a major new project for a AAA publisher.**

As the studios Lighting Artist you'll report to the Lead Lighting Artist while delivering high-quality lighting solutions and work with producers and the lighting lead to ensure a realistic project scope.

**You'll also be required to**:
Follow the studio guidance for lighting and shading and maintain best practices
Create or oversee lighting work, both in studio and outsourced
Create well written lighting documentation where required
