Are you looking for any Temporary Work?

Masterstaff are looking for Admin/Clerical staff to work alongside their clients. Hours are to include: - Holiday & Sickness cover. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Hours of pay - £10.00 p/h depending on experience.

Good standard of education evidenced by GSCE’s of equivalent.

Your day to day activities may alter, but the main duties are:
- Answering/making telephone calls
- To provide administrative support to the other departments
- To ensure that all typing tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- To create client/customer records by data inputting information correctly
- Monitor, record and report the use of petty cash
- Checking and sending mail
- Interacting with customers and visitors
- Photocopying
- Scheduling appointments and keeping diaries
- Following Health & Safety procedures
- Typing correspondence

Person Spec:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills to include Word/Excel
- Friendly manner

Days/Hours/Times various - TBC dependent on work offered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24-45 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
