**Working week**

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm with a half hour unpaid lunch

Total hours per week: 40 hours a wee

**Requirements**:
The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage and communicate with different departments in the company as well as interacting with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas.
Duties to include:

- The role will cover all manner of administrative duties including general admin, word processing and filing, photocopying and dealing with telephone enquiries.
- You will develop the skills and knowledge to aid staff and internal/external customers in a polite and efficient manner.
- You will also use the company’s bespoke software.
- You will assist in the day-to-day work of the administration department, including responding to customer’s requests, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records.
- As the Apprentice Administrator, you will undertake and successfully complete a Business Administration programme within an agreed timeline.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Training is delivered in the workplace with visits from S&B Automotive Academy's Business Account Manager both face-to-face and over the phone. After completing your apprenticeship, you will gain an accredited qualification meaning you will have a safe bet for developing a stable career This is a qualification recognised all over the world in a highly in demand industry.

You will achieve the following:

- Level 2 Functional skills (If required)
- Level 3 Business Administration
