We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced School Administrator to join our well-established team at a primary school in Chesterfield. This position is a maternity cover role, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our school.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the school
- Maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and personal information
- Assist with admissions and enrolment processes
- Support the coordination of meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences
- Handle general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure timely distribution of materials and resources
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive student and staff information

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a school administrative role is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
- Familiarity with school procedures and policies is preferred
