  • Manage a busy school office / reception
  • Responsible for managing other administration staff members
Are you a well presented professional with experience working on within a busy reception.

Tradewind are working with a school in north Chesterfield area seeking an experienced school administrator and Receptionist to manage all front of house duties.


You would also have responsibilities to manage attendance data and free school meals data and ensure these records are kept and up dated accordingly.


You will be responsible for answering the phone and dealing promptly with any issues and queries and escalating those to the correct members of staff.

You will also be responsible for dealing with parents on a day to day basis and escorting pupils who arrivelate to their classrooms.


You will be working with other staff members in the school office and responsible for managing them on a daily basis.


You will manage and record all deliveries into school as well as ensuring that any visitors are appropriately signed into the building in line with Health & Safety and Safeguarding guidance.
