Call Centre Customer Service Advisor

**What you'll do**:
**This is a hybrid role with occasional travel **requirements.**
**Please note our rota's do include working either a Saturday or Sunday.**
***Our Contact Centre is based in Bridgwater, Somerset; but we are continuing to work flexibly into the future, so we're excited to offer a unique hybrid role that combines the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work from home the majority of the time, while also having the chance to visit our offices on a regular basis.
**For those living within 30 miles of our office in Bridgwater** you'll have the chance to join us
**in-person once a week**, where you can take advantage of our facilities and work alongside your colleagues.
**For those living further away, **you'll be able to
**work from a local hub once a month**, which allows you to stay connected to our team and collaborate with colleagues in your area. And every quarter, you'll have the chance to visit our offices in person, where you can meet with your team, participate in workshops and training sessions, and experience our company culture firsthand.
Our Contact Centre working hours are Mon-Fri 8:15am-6:45pm, Sat and Sun 9am-5pm. We have a variety of full time and part time shifts available, but please note they might include working a Saturday or Sunday.
You’ll be the voice of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average call centre role. Handling calls and web chat conversations, there is no script to follow - so it’s more about asking the right questions and finding answers quickly and efficiently. If a customer isn't happy, you'll be instrumental in getting things back on track If you are enthusiastic and take real pride in what you do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.
Day-to-day
Delivering great service. Providing a great customer experience with a smile on your face (or voice) - no matter how busy you are.
Being resilient. Effectively handling multiple contacts - from general enquiries to customer complaints, you need to be ready to deal with it all.
**What you'll bring**:
