Due to continued growth in our business and taking on an additional franchise we require an energetic, enthusiastic and focussed individual to join our successful team at our location in Street Somerset as an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor.

Working towards a nationally recognised Customer Service Qualification you will learn all the neccessary skills to become a successful Aftersales Advisor in the motor industry.

Working within our showroom environment alongside existing experienced team members, your assigned mentor will coach you through all the systems training and customer care skills required for this exciting role. Your aim will be to become fully competant in all aspects of the role, from caring for our Service customers to logistics of ensuring all work is carried out correctly and on time by our team of Vehicle Technicians.

You will enjoy talking to people and have an inquizitive nature, demonstrating an urgency to understand what is required of you in order to succeed. You will be proactive both in work and during college assignments ensuring you don't fall behind academically, and seek help and guidance where required. You will also sieze the opportunity develop & maintain positive long-term relationships with customers and colleagues alike, becoming a key member of our supportive team.

Your communication skills will enable you to engage with those around you and work effectively and efficiently towards our shared goals of our customer care KPI, departmental profit and team wellbeing.

You will demonstrate an appetite for learning and developing & we will support you with this, both in house and with full manufacturer training and industry recognised qualifications which will be the building blocks of your career within our exciting industry.
