**Job Description**:

- Aftersales advisor required for permanent, full time role within a car dealership in Street, BA16. Previous experience in the motor trade isn’t required as in house and manufacturer training is provided- £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience- Performance related bonus scheme- 22 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays- Employee discounts- Free parking on site or accessible by bus 19, 29, 75- 45 hour working week Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm.About the role- Meeting and greeting customers and identifying their requirements- Booking vehicles into the workshop- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly- Taking Aftersales Department Bookings- Achieving set performance targets by upselling products-
- Prior experience in a customer facing role- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to talk to people- Keen for a long term career in the motor trade and an appetite for learning and developing-
