**About the role: -**

Supervisors are the heart of our retail operations. We’re looking for our leaders to have had some team supervisory experience in a similar customer focused retail environment. Working closely with the Store & Ops Director, our supervisors make sure our customers have a great experience every time they visit a LozApie shop. They are responsible for always managing the shop.

**What you'll do: -**

We serve our customers across in-shop and by delivery. This means that our supervisors get involved with lots of different tasks and activities. As well as some of the more practical tasks such as serving customers, food prep and keeping the shop clean and rota planning; you’ll also keep your team engaged and motivated to deliver the fast and friendly service at LozApie.

You’ll be focused on delivering excellent standards and great products all whilst keeping an eye on your targets.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of shop employees
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Train new employees on shop procedures
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping
- Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Food safety level 3 is advantageous
