Assisting Field monitoring officer in carrying out their duties working Friday to Monday evenings 18.00 - 00.00 with a two hour shift extension if required.

You will be provide with a company van for work use only.

Monitoring Support Officer

**What you’ll be doing**:

- completing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring the legibility of any written reports
- ensuring all standard operational procedures are adhered to, and that contract compliance is maintained at all times
- completing ad-hoc duties as and when directed by your line manager
- attending team meetings and regular one-to-ones with your line manager

**What we’re looking for**:

- full driving license and Right to Work documents
- ability to work on a shift rota basis (night shifts, day shifts, and part-time hours available)
- friendly and personable, with the ability to put people at ease
- resilience, patience, and the ability to adapt to different circumstances
- an interest in getting out and about, and travelling around to visit people in their own homes
- a willingness to learn, and an attentive and diligent approach to work.
