**Training Coordinator - Eastleigh - 12 month fixed term contract - Full time hours - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week**

Due to Maternity leave, we are looking for a Training Coordinator join a well established and growing business based in the Eastleigh area. You will be responsible for the end to end coordination of training, and make sure every part of the training experienceruns smoothly. This role will coordinate and administer training requirements the entire nationwide branch network throughout the UK, so you will play an essential part in it's success.

It is essential that you have previous experience working within a busy training environment due to timescales involved in the work the department carries out. The role requires a positive, engaging individual with a "can-do" work ethos.

**The Training Coordinator duties include**:

- Liaise with Managers regarding training requirements and where appropriate conduct a training needs analysis within agreed timelines.
- Evaluation of training courses and materials including e-learning to ensure standards of training meets business needs.
- Monitor effectiveness of training by follow up with Line Managers and Individuals as defined by L&D Policy/Ways of Working.
- Produce training reports, metrics, dashboards on all training interventions within given deadlines.
- Facilitate Learning interventions as required to recognised standards
- Co-ordinate NVQs
- Identify and co-ordinate with potential training providers to meet business needs.
- Support L&D Manager in defining budget for the following year - co-ordinating with business.
- Allocate Company Induction Programme to new starter profile and support to see successful completion.
- Work with Businesses to ensure New Starter process is complete; all training is recorded and updated.
- Allocate eLearning as required and monitor completion.
- Administer CITB Levy & Grant claims and Apprenticeships Levy & claims.
- Source and/or organise newly defined training as required by the business, either in-house or externally as needed and delivered via all learning methods within agreed timeline.
