**Exciting Opportunity for an Office Administrator within North Hill Garden Design Ltd**
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dedicated Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
**About North Hill Gardens**
**Key responsibilities**:
Day to Day Tasks
- To answer inbound telephone calls to business
- To deal with customer enquiries providing assistance where required.
- Creation of contract folders and populating with all necessary information and documents for each contract
- Booking in Director’s meetings, architects site surveys with customers, and other business meetings
- Supporting Finance & HR Manager with simple bookkeeping tasks
- Updating internal systems like Capsule CRM (training will be provided)
- Liaising with architects, managers
- To deal with and/or monitor any customer issues relating to landscape design contracts.
- Coordinate Marketing and social media (if experienced)
**What You'll Need To Succeed**
**Working Hours and Compensation**:
- Office based in Hillington Business Centre
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm with half an hour lunch break
- The salary for this role is competitive DOE - will be discuss on the interview
