Due to a successful launch of our indoor bar area The Ivy Lodge and are looking to hire a head bartender to join our busy, fast paced venue which is part of the exciting Shiprow Village development which includes venues such as Malones Irish Bar, Aberdeen Douglas Hotel and The Old Workshop Bar.

The successful applicants will ideally have the following skills/experience:

- Working behind a bar in a high volume fast paced environment
- Cocktail making
- Creating and developing drinks menus.
- Stock Control
- Experience in leading and supervising a team on shift
- Bar training with team members and helping them develop their knowledge and skills.
- Personal Licence holder

We have a fantastic online training program and career development path, along with a competitive salary.

Due to the nature of this role, this will involve working in the evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
