**What we're looking for**:
As our Head Bartender, you'll be the fearless leader of our talented bartending team. You'll bring your A-game every shift, inspiring and mentoring our crew to create mind-blowing libations that leave our guests spellbound. Here's what we need from you:
**Expertise**:You're a true drinks mastermind with a deep understanding of spirits, ingredients, and flavour profiles. You know your way around classic cocktails like the back of your hand, and you're always hungry to experiment and innovate (there will be lots of this within our very own Cocktail kitchen so being open to learning new skills is key).

**Creativity**: You're a boundary-pusher, a risk-taker, and a cocktail wizard. You'll be supported to develop a dynamic menu that surprises and delights our customers, ensuring they keep coming back for more. You'll have access to world-class drinks creators within our key partners and enjoy working closely with brands on activation opportunities.

**Leadership**: You're a natural-born leader who knows how to motivate and inspire a team. You'll lead by example, training our bartenders to deliver impeccable service and fostering a fun and inclusive work environment where everyone thrives. What we’re looking for is someone who’s excited to learn new things, and generous to share what they do know with others.

**Charisma**:You've got that magnetic charm that draws people in. Your engaging personality and care will make our customers feel at home and create an energetic atmosphere in our bar. You're a pro at forging connections, making regulars feel like old friends, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative cocktail recipes that excite and delight guests
- Craft visually stunning drinks with meticulous attention to detail
- Train and mentor our talented bartending team to reach new heights of mastery
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and inventory management
- Collaborate with our kitchen staff to create harmonious food and drink pairings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to keep our bar ahead of the curve
- Provide outstanding customer service, making each guest feel like a VIP

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Bartender or a Senior Bartender ready to take the lead
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and craft cocktails.
- Impeccable customer service skills with a knack for making people feel special.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to build and motivate a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (because that's when the party happens).
