**Technical Administrator**
**Location - Knightsbridge / Hybrid working available, 9am to 5:30pm**
**Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator with IFA or Wealth Management experience to provide some paraplanning and technical administrative support to a busy Senior Partner Practice based in Knightsbridge.
You will be assisting with the client servicing requirements, ensuring the business generated by the Wealth Manager, who you will be working alongside, is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
**The Role: Technical Administrator**
- You will be working within a busy team and your role will include collating client information, preparing suitability letters and illustrations and reports for client meetings, managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems.
- You will be liaising with SJP support departments as appropriate, assisting with all stages of business processing from initial client contact through to submitting new and replacement business
- We have high focus on quality of documentation, striving for suitable first time. A meticulous work ethic is a must.
- You will need to ensure that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely manner.
- You will be liaising with colleagues and third parties on a daily basis.
- You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems and there is scope to develop your career into Paraplanning and Advising in the longer term.
**The Person: Technical Administrator**
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style. You will be a team player with a positive approach.
- You will have been working as a Trainee / Junior Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management environment and are working towards the Level 4 DipPFS qualification or already hold it.
- You will need to have some experience of the administration of Inheritance Tax, Pension or Investment products.
- You are highly organised, can prioritise your workload and have excellent communication skills.
- You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
