- 24-Jul-2023Our client is a leading manufacturer of Modular Buildings and require an **Logistics Administrator** to join their busy support team.

The hours are Monday to Friday with £11 per hour.

Duties include:
First Line of contact to answer incoming calls in a polite, friendly and efficient manner; filtering basic enquiries and referring to relevant individual as applicable.
Processing all On hires and off hires of Welfare and toilet ts
Ensure all filing and scanning is up to date and on the Inshire system promptly
Daily input of data on the relevant spreadsheets and drivers daily KPI’s logged.
Update works diary i.e. overdue returns/collections on a daily basis.
Creating templates and booking tanker servicing where required
Raising and receipting all PO’s on internal system
Dealing with invoice queries and raising credits where necessary
Providing and printing off daily and weekly KPI reports
Conducting any route planning if and when required
Provide support within the Welfare Office function for holiday and sickness cover where appropriate.
Any other administrative duties to support the Welfare and Transport Divisions

This position is based on 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
