1st Care Training Limited is a Private Training Provider based in King's Lynn Norfolk. Due to growth we are seeking an administrator to support our back office functions.


This is a busy role and you will be responsible for the whole administration process, from registering new learners all the way to claiming their certificates.

You will need to have excellent IT skills, be able to learn new systems and be a great communicator.

You will also need to have a very high standard of accuracy, We are a government funded provider, so accurate data claims are essential.


  • Responsible for managing our Awarding Body claims for Certificates
  • Registering learning and booking exams.
  • Submit ILR returns and funding claims
  • Running reports for validity of data submitted
  • Answering telephone calls from customers and learners
  • Maintain contractual records & data in line with GDPR, whether these be electronic or paper
  • Experience of working within the education sector desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Essential.
  • Must be able to travel to our Office on the Hardwick Industrial Estate.

This Vacancy is for 30 hours per week ideally split across 4 days.
