**Job Description**:
Pertemps are currently recruiting to join a utility company in mid Wales, Hafren Dyfrdwy we are looking for a Customer Advisor to join the Customer Solutions Team at Hafren Dyfrdwy. **Location**: Wrexham (Onsite) LL14 4EH

**Pay**: £11.50 Per Hour

**Hours**: Full Time 40 Hours between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, closed weekends and bank holidays.

**Duration**: 3 Months with the potential to go
**Temp to Perm after 13 weeks** depending on performance.

**Training**: 5 weeks training will take place at Severn Trent Water, Welshpool Road, Shelton, Shrewsbury, SY3 8BJ. (Travel expenses can be claimed)

**Start Date**: 03/07/2023

**About the role**:
You’ll be the voice of Hafren Dyfrdwy. But just as important, you’ll be listening to what customers tell you and helping them with the right information. Every call is different; one minute you’ll be helping someone with their bill, the next you might be dealing with a leak. So, if you’re a good listener with attention to detail this is the role for you.
Don’t worry if this is something that you’ve not done before. We’re interested in what you can bring to the role. In return we’ll give you five weeks of training, so you’re well prepared and confident to take calls from customers.
Our water is vital to our customers, so we need to be around when they need us. You’ll be working shifts totalling 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, closed weekends and bank holidays.
We want someone who’s keen to make a positive difference to our customers. Your character, positivity and a caring attitude are the things we’re looking for. It’s great if you have customer focused experience such as retail, hospitality, sales or similar. But even if you haven’t, we can help you with this with full training provided.
It’s a fast-paced environment so you’ll need to be comfortable in resolving one query and then moving quickly onto the next.

**In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have**:
Previous experience of working in a people focussed environment, with previous customer service or administrative experience.
You will be a good listener, enjoy talking to people and have great attention to detail.
You will have a ‘can do’, positive attitude and will relish solving problem’s.
You will be computer literate, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
