Role: Training Coordinator REF 65182
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Hybrid/ Min 4 days per week at a local site
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £18.11 per hour
Security Clearance: SC

Spinwell is recruiting for a Training Coordinator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRAINING COORDINATOR**
- Maintain accurate training records in OPMS and paper records to demonstrate compliance.
- Track training needs and training qualifications and provide proactive training prompts for training needs, training events, etc.
- Schedule training bases on personnel’s current demand and continuing training.
- Create and maintain meaningful and visible training reports and KPI’s as required.
- Alert training lead/manager to training issues.
- Provide training system advice, guidance and training.
- Perform self-checks and self-assessments.
- Maintain positive and effective working relationships with team, colleagues and customers.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE TRAINING COORDINATOR**
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills and use of Microsoft Suite
- Experience in Customer System
- Business Administration qualification
