We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a highly reputable company in South Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- Reconciliation and posting of daily cash receipts.
- Reconciliation of client self-bill and Portals reports to the Company's internal records.
- Take ownership of queries and resolve in an efficient and timely manner.
- Achievement of monthly collection targets and KPI's
- Managing a number of key accounts.
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently
- Working closely with the payroll and billing team, resolving queries and re-issuing credit notes, invoices and PO numbers.
- Credit Control experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- The ability to develop and maintain client and colleague relationships
