**Job Description**:
**About The Role**

You will be play a huge part in ensuring ASOS’s influencer marketing is best in class. With a totally refreshed approach you’ll be a key player in defining how ASOS works with talent - content creators, influencers, celebrities & our ASOS Insiders. This is to raise awareness of ASOS across new touchpoints and elevate our brand on our various social channels, for our customers in all territories. The team works across multiple projects but with a primary focus on the mid/long-tail benefit of brand growth through excellent, engaging talent content that resonates with fashion loving 20somethings.

The ASOS Insider programme is a team of 40 fashion and style enthusiasts within ASOS HQ who represent ASOS in our social content - offering customers inspiration and guidance across fashion, beauty and sports as well as unlocking opportunity to authentically engage in conversations our customers are having. You’ll be mostly responsible for and manage the ASOS Insiders, you will service end to end from sourcing, gifting, brand onboarding, hosting at events and campaign fulfilment. It will be your responsibility to ensure that your talent roster has a great experience working with us and always wants to do more.

Working closely with the social managers and their teams, you will encourage and support your ASOS Insiders to respond to briefs ensuring that they are social-first and feel authentic to both the talent and ASOS.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Complete end-to-end management of the ASOS Insiders including but not limited to: Talent briefing, talent negotiation, contracting, and ensuring all content is created to brief.
- Relationship management - working with the ASOS insiders, internal stakeholders and external brands to always ensure our talent approach is in line with our target audience.
- Continue to refresh the programme as and when we have leavers/ ability to extend the programme
- Be an advocate for and PR the ASOS Insider programme internally and with 3rd party brands
- Support with the roll-out of ASOS’s newly reimagined global talent strategy.
- Support the team with any general admin tasks in relation to any talent partnerships i.e.. Contracting, sending product, sourcing/ pipeling talent, creating talent briefs etc.
- Entry level relationship management with contacts outside of the ASOS Insider programme - working with a broad remit of industry contacts, ranging across, but not limited to talent and model agents, influencers and talent, VIPs, and internal stakeholders to always ensure our content approach is in line with our target audience.
- Support managing ASOS press showroom appointments with the team’s talent pool to aid product seeding as part of campaign amplification from organic to paid content creation support.
- Ensure all talent partnerships are compliant with any legal guidelines we have advised.
- Be a constant champion for talent in the business, with one eye on what our competitors are doing.

- A deep understanding of the social media landscape, particularly, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Fully immersed in youth culture and digital trends.
- Harbouring a real interest in the development of the social media landscape and how this will affect how the brand needs to adapt their talent approach.
- Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
