As a Body shop receptionist you will be required to carry out a number of different roles within the business whilst working closely with the body shop manager to ensure that a good working relationship between us, customers and work providers alike.

You would also be required to carry out any other duties within your capability on the quieter times.

You would also need to be available to work Full weeks as and when required to help cover Holiday Leave and unexpected absences, As much notice as possible would be given in advance.

Working Hours will be 8.00 - 5.30 Monday, Wednesday & Friday with an hours lunch.

Successful applicant must be friendly and approachable and be able to work in a team as well as individually, Have good customer care skills and also have good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills. Also you must be able to work to deadlines and be able to keep calm and composed under pressure. Applicant must also be empathetic, sympathetic & understanding as and when required.

Driving License is required as there may be the occasional driving required.

Body shop experience is preferable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
