As an Event Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in conceptualising, planning, and executing high-profile conferences that inspire, educate, and connect our diverse audience.

**What You'll Do**:

- Research industry trends, market dynamics, and hot topics to identify compelling conference themes and content ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and key stakeholders to develop conference agendas, speaker lineups, and session formats.
- Source and recruit top-tier speakers, panelists, and moderators to ensure diverse perspectives and engaging discussions.
- Manage all aspects of conference logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination.
- Drive marketing and promotional efforts to attract attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors through targeted campaigns, social media outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee post-conference activities, including attendee feedback analysis, speaker follow-ups, and content distribution to maximise post-event engagement.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative conference formats, session topics, and attendee experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management software, and digital marketing tools is desirable.
